  Went to get taxes done & it usually takes 2hrs & costs $350, it only took Liberty Taxes 30 mins & cost $641. I left to go get a form that I had forgotten & staarted to think about how outrageous the fee was & realized that there were numerous deductions that had not been figured in. When I went back to the office the store was closed & has been closed ever since. Now needless to say the 15th of April has come & gone, I still don't have my taxes & have to files numerous extentions. I would not refer anyone to have their taxes done there. It seems they have chosen to take their LIBERTY TAX name to their advantage & take the LIBERTY of choosing not to provide customer service of any sort & charge a outreageous fee for doing so.
